[link][link]This advertisement against some uncivilized mainland Chinese was very popluar in Hong Kong yesterday, but I never imagine that it would draw international attention.
I acknowledge that many Hong Kongers are so furious with mainland Chinese in last month and I am one of them.I have considered for long time about whether I should write some things to air my view.Finally,I do it. It is because I have read many guys' views on internet and found that some of them misunderstood us.
First of all,I want to talk about the matter about influx of pregnant mainland Chinese women. The pregnant mainland Chinese women always cross into Hong Kong to give birth in order to get the permission to live in Hong Kong.Many of you may can not understand why Hong Kong people do disfavour this action,but I have to stress it is nothing in common with racial discrimination.If you can have a more in-depth look into the Hong Kong's condition,you may comprehend it.
Hong Kong is so small and we always said that "Hong Kong is a spot in the map of China".However, our city has population of 7 million people and the population density (people per sq. km) in Hong Kong was 6782.92. Compared with London (4,978/km2) and Beijing (1,167.3/km2),the population density is very high.It have already cause many serious society problems.
Moreover,because of the influx of pregnant mainland women, the population continue to rise.Accrording to a report from newspaper, these were about 30000 babies whose parents were not Hong Kong permanent residents were born in Hong Kong last year.In fact,I have no idea how Hong Kong can afford them.This action are definitely putting a growing burden on the resources of Hong Kong such as the resources for social welfare,education and public hospitals.Our property prices are astronomical and a plenty number of people's living conditions are still very poor.
(By the way,I have heard about some Hong Kong officials said that these pregnant mainland women and their children were illegals in the law of Hong Kong indeed on TV.And some officials have gone to mainland China and Britain in order to get the interpretation of the law.)
However,why have Hong Kong people been so furious with mainland Chinese since last several months?
To my knowledge,one of the direct causes of this is that a video about a quarrel between Hong Kongers and mainland visitors on MTR was circulated on youtube.An mainland woman refused to obey no-eating rules and end up spilling food on seats.A man requested the woman to stop but he was reviled by her.Therefore the quarrel began.

[link]I recognize that when I first watched this on youtube, I was unhappy with the behavior of the mainland woman.It's just the tip of the iceberg.Some mainland tourists usually disobeyed the rules in Hong Kong.For instance,they rarely queued and usually clamored everywhere.Some examples were that some mainland parents let their badies defecated on the streets
Internet users of HK often complained that when some people tried to advise against their doing it ,they rarely stoped and usually reviled the ones who advised them.It is a famous sentence from them "If no us (Mainland Chinese) ,Hong Kong is done."
However,I kept my patience with them like many Hong Kongers. I rarely grumbled at them and I do believe that the rows are only because of the cultural difference between China and Hong Kong.As a Chinese,we should be tolerant with them.
But now,I can't.
About three week ago,a chinese famous professor,Kong Qingdong, commented on the tensions between Hong Kong residents and visitors from mainland China.He called we 'dogs'. "How dare Hong Kongers complain of Chinese? They are not qualified to do this."
"They are dogs, not humans."
When I first saw this movie on internet,and surprisingly found that many mainland Chinese approved his opinion on internet and said that "The Hong Kong Dogs are too arrogent,and must be disciplined"
This is no word could describe my feeling! I was ANGRY!
Why do we have to deserve these SHAMES? I feel insulted just like many Hong Kongers. As a Hong Kong residents, I can't put up with this!!
It is why the Hong Kongers would be furious and posted the advertisement calling the mainland Chinese visitors "locusts" to hit back on the newspaper.We have to endure the endless influx of pregnant mainland Chinese women and the uncivil visitors who refuse to follow our rules and finally are called "dog"?? It is unreasonable!
I think I may have no wards to say now...I just feel sad,furious and insulted .
Eventually,hope all of you can understand my feeling and the Hong Kongers' feeling.
